Nontatho Nhlapo
Group Customer Care Manager
Ms. Nhlapo studied environmental health diploma with Tshwane University of technology, she obtained a certificate in customer experience leadership with university of Stellenbosch business school in 2012, and she is currently studying business management with UNISA.
She joined Reakgona in 2010 as a service administrator and in 2012 was promoted to Group Customer Care Manager which she still manages to date.
