Strategy for Delivering Long-Term Value
Overview
Our strategy is to build and develop organically and through acquisitions and mergers, a balanced and value chain linked portfolios of assets across services, manufacturing and production actives. In order to fulfill our strategy, we have identified 3 clear strategic priorities focused on running our business and delivering efficient growth in a responsible way i.e. Performance, Operational Efficiency and Financial Discipline.
1. Performance
We are developing targets and metrics to measure and report our performance in line with best practice. We strive to achieve continual performance improvement. We aim to learn from our successes and challenges and conduct regular dialogue with all of our key stakeholders.
2. Operational efficiency and financial discipline
Efficient allocation of resources is a key focus in support of our growth trajectory. The make-up of our capital structure is diverse and innovative. Prudence is exercised to unsure return on capital employed.
3. Corporate Social Investments
Corporate Social Investments (CSI) continues to be a critical focus area. We are committed to ensuring that reakgona group is recognized as a responsible corporate citizen. To that end, the group support women enterprise development, universities, and college bursaries schemes, and many other social upliftment projects, by contributing the social welfare of the environment within which we operates. Reakgona group then becomes a responsible social partner.
For us CSI is a business imperative. The health of the environment we operate in affects our operation and therefore our health as well. We therefore would like to be recognised for the CSI contribution we make.
